Donor Criteria:

DOGS:  1-7 years old, weigh at least 50#, current on vaccinations, laid-back personality,

CATS: 1-7 years old, weigh at least 9 #, live indoors only, current on vaccinations, sweet personality

Donor Rewards:

1. Free blood work (~$200 worth) performed annually (results sent to donor's family veterinarian)

2. Physical exam performed by DVM prior to every donation

3. Free gifts and treats for every donation

4. Donors (and any other pet in their family) receive free blood products should the need arise (one free unit for every unit donated).

Donation Schedule:
DOGS:  Donate every three months (4 times a year)

CATS:  Donate every four months (3 times a year)
